Download the Setup.zip file
Unzip the Setup.msi file
Run the Setup.msi to install the custom Delete Tool

This tool will only work with ArcGIS 9.1. We're in the process of making it accessible in 9.3.
* Note: JSA GIServices Delete Tool does not come with installation and operation instrucations.
